Xbox Game Pass has already seen numerous new additions for August 2022, but it’s also seen a number of games removed from the service as well. Microsoft tends to remove Xbox Game Pass games in the middle of the month and at the end of the month, so there are even more titles that will soon be axed from Game Pass. In fact, a whopping 10 games are being removed from Xbox Game Pass on August 31.
Microsoft recently pulled the curtain back on the new Xbox Game Pass games for the second half of August 2022, which includes a multiple-day release. However, it also confirmed 10 games that are leaving on August 31, and it includes some of the best Game Pass games there are. The good news is that all 10 games leaving Xbox Game Pass on August 31 are available to play across the cloud, consoles, and PC, so subscribers should be able to try them out regardless of their platform of choice.
August 31 is the last day Xbox Game Pass subscribers can play Elite Dangerous, Hades, Myst, NBA 2K22, Signs of the Sojourner, Spiritfarer, Twelve Minutes, Two Point Hospital, What Remains of Edith Finch, and World War Z through their subscriptions. Anyone interested in buying the games to keep can do so at a 20% discount while they’re on Game Pass, so subscribers can try them before they buy.
