WEBTOONs has revealed an exciting announcement for those on the platform, they have joined with DC comics to bring some stand-alone comics set in the DC universe to their digital platform. Each of these stand-alone stories should interest everyone as they need no previous information about the characters featured to be appreciated. I’m passionate about that because most of my DC knowledge doesn’t come from any of the comics which, as comics are wont to do, can get very convoluted in their storylines. Here is what Ken Kim, WEBTOON CEO had to say:
