Check out this POV of firefighters in Rotterdam driving to the scene of an emergency. According to commenters on Reddit, the reason it took them so long to reach their destination is that the bridge they were going to cross (at 1:55) had just opened, making them divert and take a longer route.

Thankfully, when they do come, it looks like other emergency vehicles were already there.
