Sony announced its PS5 console will cost you around $499 for the disc version and $399 for the digital version. However, both versions will come with only one controller which they are calling the DualSense controller, so what if you wanted to play a local co-op game that comes no more in any game, But if you find a game where you want the second controller you need to buy it separately.
But how much will a new DualSense controller cost? The DualSense controllers will set you back $70. It’s an extra cost you might want to take into account if you were thinking of buying the PS5 and play local co-op games with your friends and family.
The DualSense controllers are wireless and in order to charge them, Sony is also marketing an optional charging station that will charge two controllers together for $30, so you might need to spend as much as $100 extra if you want to get the second player ready to jump into the game. Other PS5 accessories include an HD camera for streamers, a Pulse 3D wireless headset, and a media remote.
The Sony PS5 will hit stores on the 12th of November 2020 for the US, and the rest of the world will get the console on the 19th of November a week later.
