It’s been a while since Spider-Man came to the Xbox console. Recently, the webbed hero has been connected to exclusive deals on Sony’s PlayStation. Namely with Marvel’s Spider-Man from Insomniac Games as well-being exclusive DLC for Marvel’s Avengers.

The return of Spider-Man was revealed in a cinematic trailer for Marvel’s Midnight Suns at last night’s Summer Game Fest. Spider-Man will be one of the many unlockable characters in the game.
Marvel’s Midnight Suns is an XCON-like tactical RPG from 2K and Firaxis Games, and it is said to take place “in the darker side of the Marvel Universe.”
Along with the likes of Captain Marvel, Wolverine, Blade, Spider-Man, and more, you will fight against an all-powerful foe, named Lilith. Who by the way is turning the likes of Scarlett Witch, Venom, and even Hulk into her demonic minion pets.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns will release on October 7th, 2022 for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. It will also be released for the Nintendo Switch at a later date.
