Four new character posters have been released for the next episode of the Scream franchise, and they concentrate on the legacy franchise cast members. The posters feature Neve Campbell as Sidney Prescot, David Arquette as Dewey Riley, and Courteney Cox reprising her role as Gale Weathers.
The movie is set 25 years after a string of brutal murders shocked the peaceful town of Woodsboro, a new killer has donned the Ghostface mask and started targeting a group of teenagers to reveal secrets from the town’s deadly past.
Scream was helmed by the filmmaking team of Radio Silence, which consists of directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillet, and the movie also stars Melissa Barrera (In the Heights), Jenna Ortega (The Fallout), Mason Gooding (Tragedy Girls), Jack Quaid (The Boys), and Dylan Minnette (13 Reasons Why).
The new movie will hit theaters on January 14, 2022.
