Today, Rockstar released the official release date for Red Dead 2 and it is November 5, with Rockstar also announcing Red Dead Redemption 2 will be available as a release game for Google Stadia sometime this November. RDR 2 will also be available on Steam this December.
Rockstar is giving away pre-order bonuses exclusively on the Rockstar Launcher through October 22, including two free PC game from the following list:
- Grand Theft Auto III
- Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
- Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
- Bully: Scholarship Edition
- L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition
- Max Payne 3: The Complete Edition
Pre-order bonuses for the Rockstar Games Launcher for Red Dead Redemption 2 include free upgrades to the Special Edition and Ultimate Editions of the game, which will be $20 USD off the original purchase price.
Bonuses for Red Dead Redemption 2 include an Outlaw Survival Kit for Story Mode:
- War Horse for Story Mode
- Treasure Map for Story Mode
- Cash Bonus for Story Mode
- 50 Gold Bars for Red Dead Online
Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC will be available for pre-order from the Epic Games store, Greenman Gaming, the Humble Store, GameStop, and other retailers digitally starting October 23. All pre-orders will get a bonus of 25 Gold Bars for Red Dead Online.
Anyone who downloaded the Rockstar Games Launcher by October 8 will receive a free Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC will also come with all previously released content for Red Dead Online, including the recent Frontier Pursuits release with specialist roles of a Bounty Hunter, Collector, and Trader.

Red Dead Redemption 2 was originally released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 26, 2018. It was one of the best-reviewed games of 2018 and won many Game of the Year awards.
