Square Enix and Luminous Productions recently released a new trailer for Forspoken. This trailer went over the features and requirements that the game will have on PC. As for features, there’s support for 32:9 ultra-widescreen monitors, the use of AMD FidelityFX Support, AMD FSR 2 implementation, Samsung SSD support for super fast loading times, and more.
At minimum, you will need 16GB of RAM, either an AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, and either an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or Intel Core i7-3770 to play at a targeted 720p resolution with 30 frames per second. That doesn’t sound too bad outside of the RAM requirement, but then the “Recommended” specs are a lot more powerful and the target is apparently 1440p with 30fps.To play at 2160p with 60fps, you’ll need one of the most latest GPUs although your CPU can be about a year or so old as long as you have 32GB of RAM.
Forspoken will release on January 24 for PC and PS5 and digital pre-orders for PC will come with the Spectra Combo Necklace, Elite Cloak, and Overclock Nails. Pre-orders are now open and if you want to play on PC, you can go through Epic, Microsoft Store, or Steam.
